Terms & Conditions

·     Payment is due in full upon booking services. Installment plans with autopay are available for packages and certain products. Your account must be in good standing to be eligible for an installment plan and a valid credit card must be kept on file.


·     It is the customer’s responsibility to keep a valid credit card on file.


·     Service calls are to be paid for in full at the time of booking. If repairs are necessary and go beyond the scope of a service call, the additional amount will be due upon completion of the repair. If the repair cannot be completed that day, the cost of the repair will be communicated to you and a 50% deposit must be made.


·     All repairs, installations, projects, and equipment require a 50% deposit prior to ordering parts/equipment and/or scheduling. A credit card will be held on our secure server and the remaining balance will be charged to the card upon completion of the work.


·     Cash and checks are accepted and must be received in the office prior to the requested service being scheduled. Please coordinate this with the office staff. If you pay by check and it is returned as unpayable, there is a $25.00 returned check fee that will be billed to your account.


·     Repairs, parts, chemicals, or incidentals determined necessary while the technicians are on site will be charged to the card on file when the amount is under $150.00. If the amount is greater than $150.00, we will require the customer’s authorization prior to the work being done and payment will be due at that time.


·     Our invoice terms of payment are 15 days. If you have an overdue balance, your services may be suspended until your account is brought current. Past due invoices are subject to a late fee of 3% per month.


·     Season packages are non-refundable once service has begun (i.e., if you choose a package that consists of 21 weeks of pool maintenance and later decide you would like to do 18, the 3 weeks is non-refundable).


·     It is the customer’s responsibility to care for their pool in between weekly maintenance visits (including but not limited to maintaining the water level to the middle of the skimmer mouth or tile, chemically balancing the pool, removing debris from the skimmer baskets, and checking the pool equipment to be sure it is operating properly.


·     If you request to change the day of your weekly pool maintenance, you will incur an administrative fee of $10.00.


·     We ask that pets are kept indoors or otherwise secured on service days. We try our best to guarantee your pets’ safety while servicing your pool, but we cannot be responsible for pets that escape during our service call. If the pool area is guarded by a dog and nobody is available for assistance, we will not be able to service your pool. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding this matter.


·     Cancellation of service must be received in writing. Please email ravepools@gmail.com.


·     The customer hereby acknowledges that upon paying the invoice for pool maintenance and/or service, whether in full or by scheduled payments, they agree to the terms & conditions of pool service listed on this page.
